Initial appointment
For brand new clients seeing us for the first time
Appointment length: 1 hour
Cost: $200
This cost includes the time spent face-to-face with our Dietitian, a personalised nutrition session summary with supporting nutrition information resources, and report writing for Medicare or your referrer (up to 2 hours’ worth of support per 1-hour session).
If you have a Medicare Care Plan, you will receive a rebate of $61.80 (appointment cost $138.20 out of pocket after Medicare rebate)
What to expect during your appointment
We will discuss the reason for your wanting nutrition support, your needs, expectations & concerns, all within a safe, non-judgemental space for sharing.
Explore past & current relationships with food, eating and body image as well as social influences and family supports.
Discuss medical conditions, disabilities, blood & medical test results, weight history (if appropriate).
Explore neurodivergent traits and behaviours around food and eating, food choices, and how these can relate to health challenges, disability, executive functioning and quality of life.
Provide validation of lived experience and reframing of challenges through a neurodivergent lens to create deeper understanding & self-acceptance.
Collaborate to set achievable goals and small, sustainable changes that can improve health, with written materials to support.
After each session
We will reflect on what you got out of the session and whether it met your needs and expectations.
We will book your next appointment.
Your Dietitian will email you a session summary with written information to help support your understanding & progress.
Your Dietitian will communicate with your GP or your referring health professional to provide any updates required (this will always be discussed with you beforehand and only with your consent).
Review appointments
For clients who have had their first appointment and who continue working with us
We offer a choice of 30 or 45-minute review appointments in the interest of making our services more financially accessible. If you are unsure of the best option for your needs, we are happy to provide recommendations.
Appointment length: 30 minutes
Cost: $120
This cost includes the time spent face-to-face with our Dietitian, a personalised nutrition session summary with supporting nutrition information resources, and report writing for Medicare or your referrer (up to 1.5 hours’ worth of support per 30-minute session).
Medicare rebate: $61.80 (appointment cost $58.20 out of pocket after Medicare rebate)
Appointment length: 45 minutes
Cost: $160
This cost includes the time spent face-to-face with our Dietitian, a personalised nutrition session summary with supporting nutrition information resources, and report writing for Medicare or your referrer (up to 1.5 hours’ worth of support per 45-minute session).
Medicare rebate: $61.80 (appointment cost $98.20 out of pocket after Medicare rebate)
What to expect during your appointment
We will discuss the impact of any changes made since your last session, any barriers or challenges you faced and any wins or insights.
Continue to deepen understanding of the impact of neurodivergence and outside factors on food choices, beliefs, values and body image.
Explore any new medical insights, including blood tests and changes in medical conditions
Adjust nutrition strategies and goals as required, explore new strategies and celebrate the wins.
After each session
We will reflect on what you got out of the session and whether it met your needs and expectations.
We will book your next appointment.

Health Funding We Accept
Medicare clients
Clients with diagnosed eating disorders or a chronic health condition may be eligible for a Medicare Care Plan to access rebates for their Dietitian appointments. Discuss your eligibility for the following plans with your GP.
Eating Disorder Care Plan (EDP) - for clients with a diagnosed eating disorder, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), or Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder (OSFED)
Access up to 20 sessions per year with an Accredited Practising Dietitian
Medicare rebate of $61.80 per session
Item number 93074: Dietetic Consultation (Telehealth)
Please note that we are not currently accepting new clients with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, or other restrict-binge-purge-type eating disorders.
GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) - for clients needing nutrition support to manage a diagnosed chronic health condition, or clients with a diagnosed neurodevelopmental condition that require support meeting their nutrition needs.
These include clients with diabetes, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), POTS, Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, hyper-mobility syndromes (HSD, hEDS), ADHD, Autism, AuDHD plus many more.
Access up to 5 sessions per year with an Accredited Practising Dietitian
Medicare rebate of $61.80 per session
Item number 93000: Dietetic Consultation (Telehealth)
M10 Plan - for clients under 25 years old with complex neurodevelopmental disorders (CND), including Autism and eligible disabilities.
Access up to 10 sessions per course of treatment, or 20 sessions over the lifetime.
Medicare rebate of $87.25 per session

Private Health fund clients
Clients with private health care that includes Dietitian services can use these for our one-on-one Dietitian appointments up to their allocated limit per policy.
We will need you to confirm with your health fund that you can claim for Dietitian services and to let us know which health fund you will be claiming through when you book your first appointment.
NDIS participants
We are not a registered NDIS provider at this time and cannot accept referrals using agency-managed NDIS funds. We provide Dietitian services for plan-managed and self-managed participants under these funding categories:
Capacity Building: Improved Health and Daily Well-being
Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living
Cost: $188.99 per hour (as per current NDIS price limits)
Dietitian services provided to clients may include:
Face-to-face appointments between the Dietitian and client via telehealth
Care team meetings between members of the client’s care team and supports
Report writing including progress reports and end of plan reports
Personalised nutrition resources and meal plan development
Any other input agreed upon between the client and practitioner in the service agreement.
Please note that an initial client appointment typically ranges from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the complexity of your referral, with follow-up sessions of around 45 minutes.
Our Dietitian holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, which is valid Australia-wide.
