I created Imperfectly You Nutrition to provide nutrition support that feels compassionate, realistic and genuinely neuroaffirming.

Many people I work with have spent years feeling misunderstood, ashamed or like they’ve “failed” at food, routines or self-care.

My approach recognises that eating difficulties are often connected to nervous system stress, executive functioning, sensory needs, chronic illness and lived experience — not a lack of willpower.

Sessions are collaborative, flexible and tailored to your individual needs.
