Hi, i’m Kim (she/her) and I’m your imperfect Dietitian.

I am a qualified Nutritionist & Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) registered with Dietitians Australia

I have been practising as a Dietitian since 2019 and over the years have worked in many settings, including the public health system, disability sector and aged care. I’ve had the privilege to gain a lot of experience in my short career and have found that my passion lies in working with women, particularly in helping them to improve their relationships with food and themselves.

I have my own lived experience of challenges with dieting, mental health and neurodivergence, and know that finding the right support is key to feeling better. I understand the strength it takes for my clients to trust me and open up about their struggles, and I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for sharing and collaboration to take place during our sessions.

Working with me will not lead to you being perfect at healthy eating. I do not provide meal plans or give weight loss advice.

Rather, we will focus on:

  • Identifying your food beliefs and behaviours

  • Explore your neurodivergent traits and executive functioning challenges

  • Discuss how these impact what and how you eat

  • Set realistic goals to support your health and functioning

  • Find strategies for you to become imperfectly ‘good enough’ with your eating in a way that actually improves your health and makes your body feel safe (hence the name Imperfectly You Nutrition).

My qualifications & professional registrations:

  • Bachelor of Science BSc (Nutrition)

  • Masters of Dietetics MDIETS

  • Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia
